Cooked the pork burger on the stove, wasn't as good as grilled, but it was still goooood! The added bonus is the house smells like pork burger.

Would LOVE to replace the back door and window next to it with french doors out onto the patio. Then would no doubt add a rain cover over the patio along with it. Got lots of room for doing stuff to the house the way the values are going up. Fiscally the GTS comes first though.

Would still have to charge so much for that thing to pay for itself don't think anyone would hire me to clear their drive way, parking lot, or street. Especially since we only have that stuff on the ground maybe 5 days a year. Would have to charge at least $2000 per hour with a 30 minute minimum. And that would be a 2 year pay off.

Good thing I got an umbrella. Had to go out and stand in the rain so Pepper would stay out long enough to take care of business. Had I know that coulda grilled the Pork Burger!

You need to train Pepper to hold the umbrella for you and she can get a small burger for her trouble.

Evening Y'all
Ya know the real issue with things down under that will kill you is you are not allowed to fight back. Azzy was giving me the rundown on how they kill and how you are not allowed to kill them back even in self defense.
I doubt I would be a free man long down under

A little Dooms Day Preparation Had ought to take care of any asteroid mayhem.

Still hoping Pepper is as smart and trainable as my first golden was.
Remebered as Pepper was going puppy excited with the next door neighbor that I attempted to train my first golden the command "Cool Your Jets" because she got so excited around new people.

She has almost gotten the stop and let me dry you off and present your feet each at a time to be dried when she comes in from outside on a rainy day. It's the little things that make a well trained dog great to have around.

We actually need two new trucks.
The 06 Mack is rusted out but still runs good (no power but at least it starts and goes). The 2011 International has been a lemon x 2. It's only got 51K miles on it and half of that has been back and forth to the dealer. Seriously.....it's been gone 3 weeks this last time. Was in the shop for 4 weeks last winter. Just got it back last Fri. Almost all of the problems have been emissions related.

The boffin had two Western Browns for us to look at yesterday.

There are a few. They'll give you a nasty bite though.

Hehe. #2 (the Eastern Brown) and #9, there's about 5 minutes difference before you're bleeding out every orifice.

They're no crazy, deadly Snake, but we've had an explosion in brown recluse population lately.

Saw the show Dirty Jobs where the host went down under and followed a snake boffin around. Seemed a pretty busy fellow.

With all this talk of spiders and snakes you might scare all the girls away.

I worked with a guy that would house sit for some friends that were out of the country on a church mission. The house was in lived in for weeks at time. He would go stay for a week and get 3 or 4 brown recluse bites. He had so many in a month a local doctor used him as a research study and called my co-worker Spider-Man. He had 30 bites in one year.

Those bucket-o-weeds?

Could easily spend way more than I gots makin my yard look nicer. Got several overgrown shrubberies that could use replacing. The whole back yard need some major dirt moved around and the stockade fence on the south side needs completely replaced. And it sure could use a sprinkler system in at least the back yard to keep that shade grass stuff alive all summer.

The back yard pop-up spray patterns are rooted. I replaced 4 sprinklers last weekend and that exhausted what spares I had at home. Just a couple more to replace and the rest are spares.

The plants are all foods (Bay tree, Rosemary, and a couple of chilies) so I don't mind having them around.

Around here if you plant different kinds of peppers they cross pollenate and all end up tasting the same. Stupid bees.

From when I was 8 until I went off to college we always had a huge garden and orchard that I did most all the labor to take care of everything. I wanted to design and build a green house and rotate the plantings so it produced just enough fresh veggies to pick and eat all year round. Figured it really wouldn't be much more work. Luckily my current property just doesn't have a good space to do that.
