Found a device called HomeRun that is a TV antenna interface for my network.

Will provide all my local digital TV channels to Apps I can run on devices on my LAN.

For example can use Kodi on my AppleTV instead of switch the source to the tuner in the TV and having to use a different remote to change channels.

Would also let me run Apps on my Laptop, iPhone, and iPad to watch Broadcast TV.

The only thing I really use local broadcast TV for is the severe weather coverage. This would let me keep and eye on the local tornado stuff not just on the TV, but all my devices. Could take my iPad or iPhone to my hidey hole, closet.

It costs $104 for the device with no subscriptions.

Have only had my AppleTV hooked up to my TV for the past 3 months. It has been a real eye opener as to what I really watch instead of just having the TV on all the time.

I hardly ever watch live tv. We DVR everything and skip the commercials.

Same here. Only the live storm coverage.

David, that is because your weather system dribbles out stuff all the time. The midwest it bottles it up until it gets mad an dumps it out all at once.

As long as you keep the lines straight. Well, the ones that are supposed to be straight.

If I have a stiff drink or two and get called into the office during workin hours, I'd get fired quicker than If I mentioned to anyone at work what wound care professionals use to make skin grafts for places that are having problems healing.

My restrictions are time based instead of location based.

At least at home I can stand up, snap my right hand from my chest to forward and up at a 45° angle, and click my heels together.
Can even say, "Sieg Heil Mein Fuher."

Officially it's 7 to 11, then 6 to 10. Except the 7 to 11 is very flexible.

1 to 3 here.
That's inches.
As in snow.

Hope we don't get it. I'm not ready for winter yet.

I am in the office from 8ish to 4:30/5:00ish but I am always on call, even if it isn't my week. I seldom drink alcohol so that isn't an issue. I hate to think what I would say to some here were I a bit tipsy.

We are supposed to get some this weekend. It would be nice to have some for opening gun deer season day next Saturday, but not like the last one. That was a blizzard the night before and 13 inches dumped on us.

Stijn!!

Well the boss just handed me opened a Warsteiner Dunkle. That is a beer in case you are wondering. Don’t tell anyone but I drove off with his wife in his 911 to Porsche Palooza in Eureka Springs, AR.

We had 230 miles of boring I-40 then go up Highway 23 up to Eureka Springs. Part if it is nicknamed Pigs Trail but it is a fun road. Mostly 55 Mph but only a race prepped car with race tires could do it all at 55. It would be nucking futz. Some corners are full lock and going up or down at a steep angle to boot. Much is just a nice country drive.

Technically it is called PCA Palooza. There is a particular car company that this event is held for owners of that car companies cars to celebrate and enjoy said cars that doesn't want the car companies actual name associated with the event.
