My new ride...it's twin plugged

I know it's no 911, but I like it.

Drove my Bro in laws for a weekend, including a 3 hr highway round trip. What a great truck. THe ride is firm but not harsh, he said they have a coil-over suspension. The engine had plenty of gitty up to do kinda nimble passes at highway speed and the transmission never seem out of the wrong gear. It was quite a pleasure to drive. His has the leather pkg and the seats were very supportive. The sticker price on the truck was very reasonable for the amount of vehicle he got.
Congrats on yours.

Thanks...yes the ride is great and the coil overs do contribute to that.

Nice. First IRS equipped full size truck, great motor. I also like the dual exhaust that tucks into the bumper notches, that's a great design touch.

That was my first car! Even the same color. Slow but lots of fun, I totalled mine twice.

Yeah the dual exhaust was one of the features I had to have on the truck, the Big Horn package adds some real nice touches.

Like the best features is the MDS (runs on 4 cyl when cruising to save fuel), and the IRS combined with triple seals on the doors...super quiet ride.

I was amazed with the changes from the 08 (3rd Gen) models, drove both before pulling the trigger.

Can't wait to get her on the autox against the SCCA guys!

You have to get a chrome Y to add to the "Big Horn". Add in some truck nuts and you are the coolest guy ever

ha ha, looking for the chrome "Y" now...thanks for placing that thought in my head. With my 4Runner I would often refer to it as "HOrunner". And my first downhill bike was a Kona Stinky...so mine was a Kona Stinky Ho

forget it...i tried, and it was a disaster. i bought rhino liner for my bro's b-day gift. it was $379 or so. worth having a pro do it.

i think i tried that herculean liner. we sucked.
