Drink Pickle Brine?
I've been eating a lot of kosher dill spears recently and always thought throwing away the brine was wasteful, so I tried a small glass. Could be just me, but it was tasty and refreshing and have been drinking more and more. The seeds are a nice treat.

I had an ex-girlfriend that used to do that. I wouldn't want to be lumped in the same group as that retard if I was you!
 Another good use is pickling hard boiled eggs!

I have some brine for ya...
Vinegar, honey, peppercorns, garlic, Thai chilies I mixed this up yesterday, should be ready to go in about a week... and gets better with age...

Tim, that looks outstanding! add a touch to a bloody mary? But I see that and immediately think to mix a little with some mayo as a dipping sauce for honey-ginger candied shrimp.

Love pickle juice. Right now I am trying something new which is popular in the South--Kool Aid Pickles.
empty pickles/brine, fill jar 1/2 with water, add kool aid and sugar, mix, put pickles and brine back in jar--let sit for 2 weeks can't wait

If you're drinking the stuff be aware of the sodium content?

I used to help my friend in his snowball stand long ago. we give away free snowballs to anyone if they didn't ask what flavor and tasted it at the window so we could watch. surprisingly... not too many kids finished their dill pickle juice snowballs
