A girl who cares if I open the door for her isn't a girl I'd want. That pretentious, stuck up attitude is obnoxious. She (and myself) are both capable of opening doors ourselves. If her hands are full, or if she broke her arm or something, sure. But otherwise, it's fake.

I hold (building) doors for people at every possible occasion though, so it has nothing to do with manners.
