You ever see a Chinese person that have live in America for a years use a knife and fork to eat in a restaurant? Same thing, I am sure they would have love to use the chop sticks for their meal also.

The majority of American lunches don't involve utensils at all. Burgers, sandwiches, fries, pizza, the list goes on...

I think the only way to reduce the amount of obese Americans is to raise the % body fat that defines it.
