I'm betting that if people in America had to eat w/ chopsticks we wouldn't have an obesity problem in the country.

The majority of American lunches don't involve utensils at all. Burgers, sandwiches, fries, pizza, the list goes on...

I think the only way to reduce the amount of obese Americans is to raise the % body fat that defines it.
