You have all the stuff... I am using this as we speak. Get a cable that goes from headphone to RCA and hook it up... Run the airport utility and setup your airport and open iTunes and click down in the lower right corner where it says computer and select your speakers... Voila...

Have you got a wifi card in your computer? If so plug the airport in down by your stereo and hook it all up down there...

Shoot me a PM if you want my cell #.... I just went through this on tuesday...

I use an Airport Express and a 3.5mm jack to RCA cable. Plug the 3.5mm side into the Airport and the RCA side into the stereo. Turn on iTunes and select the Airport as the play to option in the lower right corner. Not sure about the iPhone part.

All you gotta do for the iPhone is install the app called "remote". Inside that you click add library and it pops up a code... Hammer that into itunes over at the side where it says "devices"... Badda bing badda boom....

Your computer needs to have Airport enabled. Is it a Mac that came with it? I run iTunes on my iBook streaming via Airport to the Airport Express at my stereo, controlled by the Remote app on my iPhone that is sync-ed to iTunes on the iBook. Where it gets complicated is that the iPhone and iBook talk via Airport on a different wireless network than the Airport Express, working in tandem. Fortunately my wife has worked for Mac developers since Day One, but it still took her an hour to trouble-shoot the system. The best benefit has been the ability to use the iTunes EQ to adjust the output to suit the source material, speakers, and room!

The Airport is plugged into the outlet at the stereo and the cable runs from the Airport to the stereo. Your Mac will stream the music to the Airport wirelessly and send it to the stereo through the cable.
