Combination couch testing and pizza and beer tasting consultant.
I'd be good at that. No really. I would.

Beer Brewery would be nice.

We're actually doing a business expansion right now. Sales are up by a factor of 5 from 2008 to 2009. The Business plan has us doubling next year, with smaller but steady increases after that. By 2013-2014, we should hit the wall with what we are doing. By that point, I want us large enough to start doing Engineered Packages. We'll use the contacts we've built up between now and then. Should be about $10-20M/yr by that point. Then the sky is the limit.

Wilderness guide. But I wouldn't advertise or tell anyone what I do or where I am. It would just be me in the middle of nowhere.

A hardcore gym. Dim lighting, heavy industrial music, bare concrete floors, unpadded benches, NO machines. There WILL be an interview process. No pussies.

I know this niche exists. It'll be called "Stalingrad."

If you copy my idea, I will hunt you down.

Coin operated car wash.

Storage units.

Machine shop. I'd probably start with a couple of CNC machines in a small business park and try to pick up oil and gas equipment sub-contractor work at first.

I'd like to open a Hobby Shop. The kind I knew as a kid. Models, trains, slot cars, dolls, etc. in a small midwestern town. Kids today need such a place to learn how to use their brain and hands. One kid at a time.

I love it. Can we also ban matching sweatsuits? Ban people from using treadmills for walking slower than they normally walk on a sidewalk? Oh yeah, you said no machines. How about a cell phone jammer in the place too? That would be paradise. While I love looking at MILF's, I can't stand seeing people use machines as resting places for their fat a$$es or water bottles and then talk on their cell phones while using a treadmill for walking only when it's perfect weather outside. I really do hate everyone, BTW.

A few years from now, I may try to open Little Traveler retail stores. They'll be interactive aimed at boys, one idea is a hydraulic press inside a banker's glass enclosure and you get to choose what you put into the press: can of baked beans, football, your sister...

My idea is to open a shop called the "Clip-a- torium" We will wear white smocks and look very sterile and doctorish. Trimming the ladies lower region in a variety of trendy trims. It will be hard work but I think.... I mean I know I could really get into my work. I will of course be franchising this out to the masses once I have had my fill of trim and dialed in the procedures.

Keep your eye out for one coming to a neighborhood near you.

Steve

The disgust and revulsion you'd experience with probably a majority of your customers would not be worth seeing the good ones.
