But down another belt loop. I'm happy with that! |
195...but I feel great! Not so much a lb loss but a definite fitness and strength improvement. Waist line has gone down...my 34 size shorts are falling off...

Back on track
Sorry everyone I haven't updated the stats. I had a rough time with sick family. Let's aim at next Monday for the next weigh in and I will do the stats. I am still at 176 - surprising for the amount of stress and lack of exercise in the last couple of weeks.
