268, but it was a tough week. More working out this week!
|
236 ditto on tough week. Too many mandatory dinners out...must work on the portion control and work out more
|
199 today, and that was with 5 day's in New Orleans. I have not had any sweets since Jan 1, and watching what I eat. I'm up to 45 min a day on the treadmill.

173.0
down 1.6 in last two weeks down 5.2 from start I think I'm going to have to sacrifice wine if I want to reach my goal |
Looks like I'm out of this challenge -- can't really step on a scale too easily with a broken foot:
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1265040614.jpg That's the emergency room xray- sorry for the low quality pic - held it up to the window and snapped a shot of it. Going to foot doc today - probably be in a cast of some sort for 4-6 weeks. ARRGHH! Just what I needed! Hopefully, this will keep me from walking to he fridge as often as I typically do... -Z-man. |
200 even. Gonna have to step it up.
|
194.5 this am,, not great progress but in the right direction
|
I assume today is the day to report again?
Anyway 303 this morning, still going better than expected so I should hit a momentary plateau soon. |
:( Gained 0.8lbs last week. Sunday's weigh-in was 224.6lbs after what I thought was a good week of diet and exercise. It must be all muscle that I'm packing on.
|
220.5 lbs.
I'm running late, shoveling snow is now my new diet plan:D |
I should have called this the PPOT weight GAIN challenge. 178 this a.m. - 4 pounds up from start. :(
Keep your weigh ins coming, I will update our stats by tomorrow night. Looks like we lost about the weight of an average guy between us (not counting me!). George |
191. Burned my foot and haven't been able to work out. This sucks, hope it heals fast.
|
185 after my Colonoscopy today!
|
Hitting gym extra hard and riding the bike.
Stuck at 199.5 lbs (morning before coffee). Damn getting old sucks. |
First time checking in since signing up for this torture.
Too much work, school and family. No time to exercise or eat better. Only down 3 lb. I started at 220, now 217. |
I'm not doing too bad I don't think. Just got the race scales re-calibrated.

|
Nice job everyone!
You gotta start somewhere. KT |
Sorry forgot to post...253.5...splitting the difference. I will say that the bike doesn't hurt as much as years past.
|
196 lbs. even after Daytona. Not to bad. The knee feels better and actually walked fast on the treadmill yesterday.
Sorry to hear about your foot Z, how did it happen? |
