To do something different you must describe what you do( how do you know where you are going, if you do't knw where you've been?). lay it out in black and white, for the group, or just yourself. Then get out your Sharpie, and stroke out what you can do without, and and add in what you feel is missing.

Just about froze to death yesterday. 46 miles at 30 F with an 6-8 mph wind. Definitely no enough clothing. I was supposed to do 70, but I think everyone took the turn. It was supposed to start at 40F, be sunny, no wind and reach 55-60 F. My wife thought I was starting with too much clothing. Brrrrrrrrrrrrr. 27 miles today, avg speed 16.9, with 5-6 mph wind. Gotta start being consistent on during the week. |
In a hotel the last 4 days and trying to get a cold the last couple of days, so no weight this week.

My official 6 week weigh in is 299.2 this morning. I figured it would be a plateau and it sort of was but the milestone makes up for it.

In the few days after I started, I actually gained weight - I hit 265, probably still on an upward trajectory from the holidays. I was 250 last Monday (forgot to post), and 242 this morning.
