That depends on one's definition of smear. Unless there's an understanding and agreement on a definition of the concept and meaning of smear, it is totally useless to even try to discuss smearing one's self with baseball bats.

Regardless of wood species, I might add. Fir chrissakes, that would be making an ash out of one's self - no matter HOW you try to spruce it up. Yes, it's a knotty problem and there will always be those who choose to be a sap and bark about it endlessly while never getting to the root of the problem and seeing the forest for the trees - no matter how one may pine for a resolution, one will continue to be needled by those who remain rooted in their beliefs.

I may start a thread on this.

I like to look at it positively and assume he was just trying to give the boys an opportunity to demonstrate their intellectual prowness. True, they were at a disadvantage - he did use multi-syllable words - but the opportunity was at their feet.

No shortage of intellectual "prowness" on this forum.

DARSICK, the gnat who tries too hard and sets his sights on annoying as many people as possible, is annoyed at himself............... thereby causing him to try even harder.

I have seen many people riding those mini-bikes, but never a midget. Why not? If I were a midget, I'd be all over that. "Finally, something made for ME!"

No, Dot just has to be the center of attention and this is his way of doing so.

Matt, years and years ago I crashed one of those mini little crotch rockets in a gravel parking lot. I am 6-4, I can only imagine what it looked like when it happened, arms and legs everywhere. Fortunatley, I was going slow, and had one of two beers before deciding it was a good idea, so it didn't hurt too bad.

No - Unfortunately, mindless babble sometimes shoots out of me in uncontrolled spurts at totally unpredictable times. It's a curse.
