Almost everyone considers great art to be real art. Anyone that looks at the statue "David" knows instantly that it is real art. Looking at blobs of paint that a gorilla or elephant painted may be considered art by some, but I think of it as wasted paint.

Some think rap singers are artists, I don't, it is just bad noise.

Art is a very subjective thing. I will never appreciate the Picasso "art" with noses and eyes on one side of the head. Most of his art is absurdly priced. I would not pay a nickel for it unless I could resell it for a profit. My opinion, Picasso is a hack. The good news is, I don't have to pay it any attention, just like rap "music." No one cares what my opinion of Picasso is and I don't care what Picasso fans think of my opinion.
