I tryed to make friends but now it is worse :(
I was making a nicer diner for my girlfriends parents and herself.
They are cubanise and enjoy a lot of cefiche so I wanted to make something for impressing them and her to makeup for the argumentatives we have had most recently I found recipes on the internets and did not find all the seebass that was a requirement so I used instead chicken That was not a good choice I think So they are all eatening and I bring out the cerfiche and give to them in a bowl. The lime juicing and unions were smelling very good and every one ate a bite. So the mother of my girlfriend asks about the kind of fish and explained how that bassfish was not available in my store so I used chicken. Now they have all left in angery with yelling and screems about danger. I do not understand because lime juice cooks the germs out of the foul bird or fish righT? My parents girlfriends and her are just being overly excited, right? -s

Raw liver would have been a better choice or maybe pork. I think they were mad at you because chicken is just so pedestrian...
