Will the US send aid to China?
I hope not, I think the Chinese can handle the earthquake costs on their own.
The US is stretched enough.

I think China has enough of our "aid" over there already to deal with this.

China doesn't need money for this, but - like most countries after similar earthquakes - they will need specialized rescue resources - teams w/ dogs to detect survivors, and so on. Those teams fly from the US, Germany, France, the UK, whoever has them, and help whoever needs them, after every major earthquake. Because when you really need those specialized resources, you never have enough, no matter what country you are.
