what about private property? chuck that apple far enough into somebody's yard, and it's not littering? what is it then?

Then people would eat apples for free, picking them off any old road they found them. Thereby shutting down apple orchards en'masse and causing ramptant destruction of our economy and a collapse of our food industry.

Personally, I think apple trees and other fruit bearing trees should be planted where peopel have "free access"
