Late night snacking...hmmmmm...what's in the fridge?

Wifey comes in hungry...didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant tonight. What can I throw together?

Home grown 'maters...

some hickory smoked thick sliced bacon...

a few hen aggs...

...french bread split and toasted in oven with parmessian and asiago cheese...VOILA

Don't worry...split 4 ways with the twins

Actually it was our supper...neither one of us ate dinner and we stayed up another 3-4 hours. Not much of an excuse, but I tried.
