It varies for me. I recently re-watched "The Score" and liked De Niro's (Nick) speech to Edward Norton (Brian). "Make a list of what you want from life, and then plan on spending the next 25 years acquiring it."

There are a bunch, but one of my favorite scenes was in the old John Wayne movie "The Cowboys", when Bruce Dern was going to hang Roscoe Lee Browne, and Browne asks a moment to make peace with his maker:



Love the facial expression of Browne and the reaction from Dern.

There are several lines from the magnificent seven, and then there's several from almost every De Niro film ever made.
