Nah, I'm a lazy 5hit. The local indian grocery store sells them frozen ready to cook. Maybe one day I'll have a crack at making them. I do make my own naan though.

Nothing fancy but quick and tasty with a San Pellegrino Limonata, the veritable summertime non-alcoholic nectar of the gods. From top to bottom Sourdough white (real sourdough would have been much better, bread makes or breaks a sandwich) Course ground mustard Boston lettuce heart Vidalia onion EV olive oil & red wine vinegar S&P Tomato Mayo Smoked ham (could have used one less slice) Muenster (let it sit out and get to room temp) Grilled chicken breast Italian roast beef (could have used more of this) Red wine vinegar Salad cucumbers (needed another layer of these) Mayo EV olive oil Sourdough white

Thanks Peter but I can assure you, it's all in the camera, and now that I've retired, I have to settle down someday and choose a career. It's looking more and more like restoration work. For my money, these two are my all time favorites.

Good to see the thread back on page 1 where it belongs. Kudos to everyone posting. VERY inspirational! Sorry no pics but made Mexican Meatloaf last week for the first time - very easy and very tasty! Going to make it again and will take a few pics this time.

It was even worse when the goats head soup was finished and he pulled out the cooked head...mostly skull by that point. But damn was it good! Honestly, one of the best soup-stews I've ever eaten.
