Fried pork chop with fresh Scali bread crumbs, rustic poblano cream sauce, cotija tomato salad and fresh chips. Can't be beat with a Bombay Sapphire G&T.

Try toasted ciabatta or brioche. Olive tapenade and red pepper hummus and stone ground whole mustard.

Miso Marinated Salmon Rockefeller prior to baking in toaster oven. Inspired by a meal I had in HHI a few weeks ago. Rockefeller topping consisted of spinach, shallots, garlic, green onion, tarragon, celery, fennel, tequila and grated parmesan.
