			Miso Marinated Salmon Rockefeller prior to baking in toaster oven.  Inspired by a meal I had in HHI a few weeks ago. Rockefeller topping consisted of spinach, shallots, garlic, green onion, tarragon, celery, fennel, tequila and grated parmesan.
