Getting lots of "Delivery Failure" emails

So my home email address is my:

First Name.Last Name @ Comcast.net And my last name is Smith, so pretty common. I have been getting a TON of "Delivery Failure" kinds of emails on emails I've never sent. So I Googled... Seems my account could have been compromised. So I changed my password, updated virus definitions, ran full system check, ran Spybot...no problems found. A few days later, same problem. Question: Is it possible that since my email address is such a common name, I will always have this issue? Any other ideas to fix? Thanks!!

If your account was not compromised, it's what they call a "Joe-Job"

A spammer uses your email address as the return in the spam they send out. You get all the returns.

Are you using Outlook. The recent update is creating mail delivery failures and slow performance when changing between folders. Delete the update beginning with KB241... That might solve your problem.
