101 Projects not critiqued on Google Book Reviews

Hi.No reviews have been posted on Google books for this yet.I just bought a used one on eBay.In a week or two it'll arrive.Have you found this book helpful?

I've got it and it's a good book. Well worth the asking price.

The only complaint is Wayne could have gone into more detail on some projects.
For instance, The MSD ignition install project. No mention of what spark plug leads to use.
So can you use OEM?... Not recommended by MSD because of the built in resistors at either end.

I agree with the last post to some extent and will add..
Combining the book with this forum will get most anyone through problems/upgrades with the 911.

Adding Wayne's "rebuilding and modifying Porsche 911 engines" book to your library would be a wise investment.
You may never rebuild your engine but you will at least understand how the various parts go together.

Wayne's 101 + a Bentley manual + the PP forum & you are good to go for almost any project for your car. Wayne's book gives you the confidence to start, the Bentley shows you where & the forum gets you out of jams & usually shows you the easiest way to do the job.
