Soukus, it's snowing!
We got 9 inches of snow here. Spent the morning plowing out the drive with the plow on the atv. I'm getting pretty darn good at it.

Oh snap! 9" ... I hope it isn't headed my way...I can't take anymore of this winter crap. We're suppose to be in the single digits tomorrow. I'm off work...so I HAVE to do stuff around the house to keep the wife happy.
BTW, I got one of the Contico boxes..just have to mount it and fill it with salt. I could have used the salt the last couple of days...high centered the BMW on the snow bank along my driveway one morning trying to rush one fo the kids to school. Happy plowing! ![]() |

The way I mounted mine was using 4 1/4"x2" bolts. I centered the box and then drilled through the bottom of the box and then right through the rails. Inside the box I used a 1" rubber washer that fit tight around the bolt (to keep any chance of water from entering the box) and then a 1" washer on top of that. Under the rail where the bolt passed through I used a 1" washer and a lock nut.

I like that. I was going to get small u-bolts, but four holes through the rack isn't going to hurt it. That'll be much easier.

We got 2-3 inches here.
And I broke the handle on my snowblower the last time I used it...so I had to weld it back together before I could use it.

I'm disappointed in you. You didn't measure the µ-ice and µ-tirebefore you hit the road?
