I don't know if you should try to grow a beard or not but you should definitely wash that dirt off your face before you go to an interview!

I'm going to go against the grain and say grow the beard out... and get an eye patch... and a three pointed hat... and a parrot.

FWIW I have some Nordic blood and can grow a great beard...
My (unscientific) research shows a few ladies like beards... but the vast majority don't seem to favor them. YMMV

Please, please don't go the cheap haircut. Definitely find a great female hairdresser who knows how to cut well and pay up. Lose the beard - or trim it well. Spend some quality time on your grooming; it will make you feel great and you'll be happy that you did .Definitely ensure your suit is a great fit and make sure your shirt/tie etc are flawless. Attention to detail makes all the difference... GOOD LUCK too just my 0.02c.... |

To some people a beard says you have something to hide....
I don't pay any attention to it. However, how you chose to present yourself may say some things about you. Would you go to an interview with a mohawk? Not quite the same but maybe you get my point. It says something about you..... Cheers
