...and while I do not care so much as to where the tranny is made I just want it to warm up here and have a couple nice rains to clean these roads off so I can finally get this car in use and broken in.

LOL, haters, poor early porsche owners, 944 and unloved 928 guys, Mustangs spank them repeatedly. Hot Rod Mad tests thew new Shelby vs, 427 Cobra, it is an eye opener. New Cars let any idiot with a big wallet go really fuchin fast.

Oh and being a pompous old prick that was so worried about what others thought that he sold his car completely out of the country is cool?

Get over yourself Paul, I'm glad you enjoy your Mustang, just take your trash elsewhere please... We all know why you posted this.

I get it, you don't like me b/c I don't take any crap off you. I've never taken crap off 2 bit bullies, and I don't intend to start now.

Worried about it? I laughed my ass off at the hissy fits I caused in certain circles.

But back on topic...do street Porsches on street tires turn 1.02 (got it right this time) G's? Pretty impressive for a car street legal on street tires, with comfort features...all in the $50,000 price range. With an "antiquated" live rear axle, yet!

This trolling is continuing to show you as a sad, bitter laughing stock, Paul.

You can claim all you want that you're getting a huge chuckle out of it all, but it's just too transparent what is occurring.

Salvage what little bit of dignity you once had and just leave for good... sometimes it's just time to leave.

For you, that time occurred a good while back, but you seem to be the only one who didn't know.

Maybe you just pretended not to know... that's the most probable explanation.

That splitter and war paint ain't just for show, this 444-bhp pony dances with Porsches
Seems that even for the Mustang, Porsches are still the cars to aim for, the one they look up to, the one they like to be compared with...
As soon as Porsche starts advertising with stuff like "dances with Mustangs...."
THAT'S when I start to worry.....

Pretty sure it's fuh-king fast, hopefully it is so fast that we don't have to look at that awfull paintscheme too long....
I mean, come on, I know the GT3RS is going on borderline rice for many of us, but boy, that 'Stang is so damn ugly, I wouldn't feel comfortable driving it without a growing a mullet first.....
But hey, at least it has a “TracKey"

Out of curiosity, I took at look at the article and it states that the car has Pirelli R-Compund tires (P Zero Corsas?) Taking that into account, I'd be dissappointed with ONLY 1.02 g. Those are really sticky tires and not to be confused with a standard performance all-season or even straight up high performance summer tire.

As much as you bag on the 944, it would probalby have quite a bit better conering Gs with the same tires as it's a lighter car. On the track with my early 911 (with R-compounds) I would catch the Mustangs in the corners easily and then wait for the striaght for them to take off - then catch them again in the next complex of corners - nothing magical here, they have gobs of power, but can't corner as well.

On a seperate note, MOST normal, rational people don't actively seek out conflict on a regular basis. I understand that you were an early 911 enthusiast at one point and that time has past. Fine. You have other automotive passions? Cool. You don't like some members here? That's ok too, but you actions seem borderline demented.

Seriously Paul - maybe talk to some friends or family and see if you are missing something in you life. Trolling internet forums to antagonize marque enthusiasts at your age just seems kind of sadly pathetic.

Hey asshat, how many G's does your Mustang pull with your feeble arms at the wheel? We can all sit here and post specs of cars we don't own but that is just as pointless as your pathetic existence.

Go away. Again.

I'd rather be video taped having sex with Roseanne Barr than be seen driving that car. Did they try and make it that ugly on purpose or was there a contest? Seriously? I normally like Mustangs - but good grief.

Of course it didn't help to see them get their as$es handed to them at the St. Pete Grand prix by 4 cylinder Hondas. That didn't help. But the GP course is pretty tight - so not sure they got to use all their horses to their true potential.

But really - that's one ugly Mother f'er

Wait a minute here newbie.... Before Paul took a little vacation, sometime before you even joined, he had made a habit of posting threads like these, and when I posted my honest opinion paul jumped on me as being a snob, etc... When I posted threads totally unrelated, Paul jumped on me as being young, and liberal minded b/c I am still in college and they are filling my head with nonsense ideas... When something gets posted about PCA, Paul jumps on the PCA trashing bandwagon, Paul jumps on the watercooled trashing bandwagon, etc... PCA is one of the things I truly enjoy, and have gotten a lot out of, Paul just couldn't get along with his region.

So before you jump on me, you need to brush up on Pauls history, he is a grade A crotchety old fart that needs to go play on a mustang forum....

Hey Paul is Paul - he's been Paul for some time now. He got a little disillusioned with the Pcar crowd when the price of S cars went through the roof and all the rich fan boys started getting involved. They had no appreciation or history – just an ego and some money. Not sure I blame him - although I might have been inclined to sell my 1972s to the highest bidder and laugh all the way to the bank. Instead he sold it to Evern in Turkey - someone who will appreciate it and continue to enjoy the car (not park it at some McMansion that’s currently going through foreclosure) He’s a good guy - just seems to get you guys going with his comments.

BTW - I still think that Mustang you posted is ugly.
