Sammy,

Correct but the problem is that he did not break the rules! The moderator evidently cannot see very well it seems and thought that the titties were bare which they are NOT!

I have now sent the photo in question to over 20 people and every one of them said the nipples were covered and there was no more nudity than you could see at any swimming pool.

So you feel its ok to ban someone when they do not break the rules? How about when you are the one who is banned for "not breaking the rules" my friend?

Your opinion, affected as it may be by your disagreement with the rules, means nothing in this case. You are not a moderator.
The moderators make those decisions, not us. You don't like the rules, fine. But it was overtly obvious to most when byron posted that picture that he was severely testing the rules, pushing the limit, seeing how much he could get away with. Push the limits, test the rules, and there's a good chance you will not like the outcome.
Not smart and not excusable.
That's why most of us don't test the limits, we don't challenge the moderators, we don't push our luck.

I have never been banned, I have never been threatened with banning, because I have enough of a clue NOT to post pictures that might be determined to be beyond PG.
Why is that so hard for people to grasp?

The inmates do not run this asylum, the moderators do. Wait what? ........

Well, except for calling them poopy-heads of course.

Sammy,

Are you breathing oxygen or some other substance? NO where did I say that I did not like the rules. NO WHERE. Please do not try to put words in my mouth to support YOUR argument.

Byrons post was NOT pushing the limits! It did not show nudity, the nipples were covered, so its well within the rules of the board. What part of this do YOU not understand?

I have never been banned. Never been threatened with it either. That does not mean that this moderator has not deleted some of the photos I posted. Funny thing is that others posted the same exact picture later on and it was allowed to stay, so go figure whats going on there.

"Not smart and not excusable" you say? Well please tell me why he was banned then! He was not breaking the rules, was NOT pushing the limits and did nothing wrong. I have been a moderator for years... how much experience do you have in this field pray tell?

I like Byron, and I hope he comes back. Z man has a thankless job, and he made the call. I'm not going to kick sand on him.

You should be taking this to the moderators if you think it is unfair, but generally I think the titties are found in certain threads.

I raise one more cat, and see you an eagle.

Save for this thread, the last decent thing I remember you contributing to was your opinion on the Northern Seven Years War, the protein binary complex theory for artificial RNA and the artificial intelligence used to study Gothic Cathedrals. Of course your examination of the balboa (100 centésimos) as the national unit of account for Panama with no use of paper monies and how that influences local purchasing practice was interesting but what was most riveting was your thread you started on your interpretation on the last words of Christ - the whole harmonization of the texts from each of the four canonical gospels had us all on the edge of our seats.

Yup, all and all your have been there for us - an inspiration, a soul searcher, a place for knowledge/compassion/reason.

I for one feel richer...
Something's just need to be reexamined.
