Sorry, but my spider sense says this is expanding control camouflaged as streamlining.

Heck, we could "streamline" Congress and just let the President pass bills by decree...

Doesn't seem like a bad idea to me. The business group doesn't seem to like it though, so maybe they should just forget it and continue with the status quo.

you need to read the article - it has to do with administrative agencies ("rules")
