Should get most perps' attention. For starters, here's a short list of possible products (warranty not implied. YMMV.):

Water Removable Spray Paint, Water Soluble Spray Paint, Water Removable Aerosol Paint, Temporary Marking Spray Paint from Parkin Chemical Corporation
Art Primo: Molotow Chalk Spray Paint [Specialty Cans]
Movie Paint | NewRuleFX – Expendables & Supplies

Don't forget the note and the antidote.

It would only be a matter of time before you pranked the wrong dude(s) that don't take too kindly to you spray painting their ride!

I'd be pissed... and if that guy thinks he'd diffuse the situation by explaining that it's easily removed he'd be (very) sorely mistaken.

I like it.

Now if there was just some way to dissuade the people who use the middle of the parking lot exit blocking both entrance & exit.

My parking lot at work: I got a trifecta in one shot:

1. White Sprinter van taking up two spots.
2. Camry parked in the 'Truck turn area that is painted yellow AND has plastic removable barriers (that were placed there to keep folks from parking there)
3. Black Audi Wagon also parked in the Truck turn zone.

What urks me the most are the two cars parked in the truck turn zone: there are plenty of spots a little further away from the building - but I guess when you are lazy you would rather do what BAW does and park in the truck turn zone.

You can drive a BAW to your workplace and not get fired?

They tolerate other brands -- at least the BAW is German!

If I was going to leave my Audi in a turning area, (where I could expect to loose the front of my car), I'd likely make an effort to tuck it up against the kurb, and not abandon it 3 feet further into the road than it needs to be.

I don't think I would have parked right next to him after doing that...
