Not sure how much I can bend the ops question...

The road up to Mianfangshan is definitely Porsche worthy..

Another trip to the temple...

My wife is wearing a pink top

Notice the handful of incense she has....

I am not sure what to call these.... ribbons perhaps? you make a donation, and they give you a ribbon which is blank on the bottom, then you write request or note to Buddha.... and hang it.....

Anybody who wants to know a bit more about Zen, in a fun way, read the Empty Mirror by Jan-Willem van de Weteringe
He a Dutch guy from Rotterdam who went to a monastery in the 60'ies or something.. ended up as a detective, and now lives in Maine.

It's part of a trilogy, it's not a heavy reading book... but well worth it.
I got it recommended by my Kendo sensei (i didn't last long with Kendo though the book stuck with me).

I consider myself a Budhist that takes it easy.. I try to be honest with myself and everything else. I try to do the right thing whenever i can.
But i don't meditate or do much heavy reading.
I stick to the basics and those are universal anyway.
