Cool! His brother Dan posts all the time on FB. I met Mike when he was on tour showing a surf flick called "Inspirations" back in the 70's. I helped staple posters on the telephone poles around town here. I still have one of the posters too!

Decided to get a new wet suit for the spring....short sleeve spring suit - perfect for here and what I usually wear most of the time. I still have my old Aleedas and will keep them for backup.

Never had an O'Neill before.....only 2mm and feels super flexible! :)

Current ocean temp is a balmy 66 F.....:p

East Coast Surfing Hall-of-Famer and 1966 winner of the East Coast Surfing Championships has passed away

RIP Gary Propper.

At his peak he was very influential in the east coast surfing scene, plus masterful at small wave contest surfing.

At a time of transition in the sport he personified the commercializations of the sport, leading the vanguard of professional surfing. Much to the chagrin of Soul Surfers.

It was an interesting crossroads for the sport.

Condolences to his family.

A mission accomplished...
