1/2 Norwegian here as well. I remember attending functions at the Sons of Norway, when I was a kid, with my grandparents. My grandfather was a sailor who wound up working in a shipyard when he came to the US.
I have never eaten Lutefisk, however.

Also Blue eyes and blond (what is left of my hair) so I at least look like a Viking. Funny, when I visit Solvang the paintings on the walls of the restaurants look like me. Me on our honeymoon:

Part Swedish. I'll be visiting my Swedish cousins next summer. They're all from Ornskolsdvik, but one maintains a second home in Stockholm because of her job. Her name is Maud Olafsson. You may have heard of her.

Half of my family is from Scandinavia and I used to live in Soburg (Kopenhagen) so does this count?
Edit, not one person has mentioned Aquivit! Every good Scandinavian has to have at least one bottle in the freezer!
