I just exchanged a few texts with David. He is having a lot of pain today but he just got a shot and he's off to sleep for awhile. I told him how many folks posted and expressed their concern for him and he replied, "who knew?, I love you guys". I'm encouraged that he's able to text the day after surgery, i know i wouldn't be texting!!!

We're all hoping he gets stronger every day. Strokes and TIA's are nasty things.....Ingrid Pastorius (yes, Jaco's widow) passed away last night due to a stroke. Am so glad that David got help and hope he's back to his regular self soon. (After all, I need to have someone to send Mardi Gras fixin's to.)

Yeah. Who knew the health and well-being of a highly thought of individual would be a topic of interest?
