BTW, if you felt the effects, it was no "mini" stroke. Mild and a sign.

Hope he's on his way to the ER. TIA's can be diagnosed pretty quickly. Doesn't sound like anything to mess with.

Glad he went, and he shouldn't have a wait, ERs put Stroke/heart in HIGH PRIORITY,for good reason.

Seriously - I hope you're okay man. I had a good friend in his 60s who had a stroke and while he did get back to a 'normal' state - he was never the same guy.

Kind of a bummer.

Funny thing is most people would sleep it off like I did for another 20 minutes. My doc said it is very common for people to do that because most do not know the symptoms because they are so minor. Get back to you later tonight. Hope he's ok

I'm hoping our guy is spending thanksgiving in a hospital room...being monitered, or whatever they do in cases like this.

When I first began to read this thread I was thinking and hoping for Bells Palsy.

More I read sounding more like a mini stroke.
