You are lucky - when you are still fat, it comes of quickly at first. :D

It's not a linear process, don't get disheartened. Have an enema. It'll be all good.

OK, back to normal Thursday reports.
189.6 (11/6/12)
189.8 (11/8/12)
189.4 (11/13/12)
188.0 (11/15/12)
185.4 (11/21/12)
187.8 (11/26/12)
187.0 Today
I guess it's a slow and mostly steady loss. I try to tell myself that, at least.
If I'm not at 185.8 by next Thursday, though, I'll be very disheartened.

188.7 today...I am a man on a mission now! I have a bet with a buddy of mine who can lose the most weight percentage wise. Loser has to clean the winners house...I have seen his toilet, he is a spackler and I will not lose!

I haven't forgotten about you - just need some time to pack it up and ship it! I will send you 1 pound, that way you can eat the whole jar before x-mas and still lose weight! :)

I was going to wait until 2013, but vash gave me incentive to start now. I figure this will allow me to hit the ground running for 2013.

Screen name: Aggie93
Age (optional): 41
Starting weight in pounds: 171 (old scale, so might be off. Plan on getting a new one for 2013)
Body height in feet/inches (required for BMI calculation): 5'9"
Weight loss goal in pounds: 169 for this year (real goal is just not to gain any more during the holiday). Trying to decide goal for 2013, looking at 155-160. Real goal will be body fat, but need new scale.

Starting with the rabbit food.

I just finished the salad and I think I'm hungrier now than before I ate.

hahahhaha..aggie.

Busted 185. Haven't see the south side of 185 in over a year.

190.2 (11/1/12)
189.6 (11/6/12)
189.8 (11/8/12)
189.4 (11/13/12)
188.0 (11/15/12)
186.8 (11/19/12)
185.4 (11/21/12)
187.8 (11/26/12)
187.0 (11/29/12)
184.8 (Today)

aigel 12-06-2012 02:07 PM

178.1 this morning - pretty much flat for the last couple weeks. I am starting to worry if I can make it to 175 with x-mas in the middle. I haven't exercised enough. :(

Very nice recovery from that spike, McL.

Thanks man.

The odd thing is I've continued my normal afternoon workouts, but cut out the nightly runs (did 6 straight weeks, need to let me knees and back heal a bit). I haven't run since last Friday.

And this is the week I've lost the most.

Part if it is I've overcompensated on cutting back on food. Without the running, I feel like there's no margin for error and I can't eat anything. I'm certain that because of that, my actual net calories consumed/burned ratio was very good this week.

911mnypt 12-07-2012 05:25 AM

Little by little, 187.3 this morning. I don't think I am going to make my goal...unless I wire my jay shut.

Richard

aigel 12-13-2012 07:59 AM

177.3

I may make it with just over 2 lbs to go - have a new running regiment, I hope it helps to make up for x-mas calories.

G

McLovin 12-13-2012 01:52 PM

Big.

190.2 (11/1/12)
189.6 (11/6/12)
189.8 (11/8/12)
189.4 (11/13/12)
188.0 (11/15/12)
186.8 (11/19/12)
185.4 (11/21/12)
187.8 (11/26/12)
187.0 (11/29/12)
184.8 (12/6/12)
183.8 (Today).

I've now lost just around 10 lbs since just mid October. I was on some days seeing 193.x then.

Maybe 182 by Xmas, close to 180 even by New Years.

It will be magic when I see the first two digits are a "1" and a "7."

I'll have some kind of celebration. Maybe I'll have a Jolly Rancher.

aigel 12-13-2012 02:09 PM

Very aggressive still McL - great results. Make sure you don't overdo it.

If I go at it too aggressively, my body goes into starvation mode and when there is a chance to binge eat, my brain does whatever it can to convince me to just GO FOR IT! Big pasta dinners or lunch buffets are the worst. Even a 6 mile run doesn't make up for one of those! :)

Happy Holidays Losers!

Not a big gain, 187.2 today. Not bad I suppose after a birthday weekend of heavy eating and drinking.

You mean loss. You lost weight. This isn't the weight gain thread. I am sure if we had one, it'd be a lot more fun. I could gain 50 pounds in a year - no problem. :)

911mnypt 12-19-2012 05:01 AM

186.2 which surprising since I have been hitting the party circuit.

McLovin 12-20-2012 05:34 PM

More slow progress.

190.2 (11/1/12)
189.6 (11/6/12)
189.8 (11/8/12)
189.4 (11/13/12)
188.0 (11/15/12)
186.8 (11/19/12)
185.4 (11/21/12)
187.8 (11/26/12)
187.0 (11/29/12)
184.8 (12/6/12)
183.8 (12/13/12)
183.4 (Today).

Would have liked to see a little more loss this week, at least it's some movement - in the right direction!

Lots of disruptions to my routine next week - I'd be happy to be at 183.2 this time next week.

Overall, it looks like with a lot of effort and discipline, at most I can lose 3 lbs per month.
