185.5 lbs. today.


Haven't lost any weight. Odd, as right after we started I dropped a few pounds but gained it all back this week.

My only diet is less fat, greasy takeout and upping my exercise. I'm running 1.25 miles every day after work (running, not pansy-jog like everyone else on the strand)...

Hi Everyone, below is the first chart of our progress. I am missing weights for the following people according to Pelican Name: 911mnypt, aigel, Burning'oil, Cantdrv55, Mossguy and Rot911. If I do not receive your weight shortly, I will have to take the starting weight as the weight to date. If I have to do this twice, then you will be removed from the contest but I will still track your progress for you.

Wow. I saw all the downward lines, didn't realize they represented goals, and fell immediately into a deep depression, assuaged only by a candy bar.

My current weight is 201.

As part of my weightloss journey I need to move more so here is me getting ready to participate in the Tinkerbell 1/2 Marathon yesterday:

Finished it at 3:47... 5 minutes more then I did at Disneyland Half in September... so now I need to work on timing and try to improve my time for the Disneyland Half this year.

John, the event was a lot of fun. The only down side was getting up at 4 in the morning so that I can stand in a corral until 6am so I can walk /run for 13.1 miles... I do this three or four times a year just for the medal and t-shirt.
