What a great mag along with Fine Working. Did they include primer made for LA county. I am not sure if the formula is different. I know we can't get oil based products any more. We have to go to another county or the middle of the state for it. I had to drive to VEgas to get oil based floor finish for a restoration once. Huge fine if I get busted.

The Glidden gripper product is like painting with Elmers glue. Its cold here, so I'm going to let it setup over the weekend. The sections that dried when I was there seemed pretty solid.
