ha, yeah, my phone's been ringing off the hook, it's crazy.
Good news is it has sparked some activity and renewed interest in the property. Should have a crazy-ass open house there this sunday!

Try to get a write up in the local rag, do some interviews, milk that "15 minutes" for all it's worth. Free publicity doesn't happen often!

hey thanks, fellahs. The viral web attention has been a very fun, exciting distraction for the homeowners... they feel like they have had the $hit kicked out of them these past few months. This has been fun and light-hearted, and has got them excited again.
Getting posted all over the intertubes is a hoot, but I'm really excited about the renewed interest in the house, and it seems to be getting us some showings. The online + traditional media coverage has also helped me get a few more listings, so it's been effective in getting my name out there too. fun times! When I first put up the "Indoor Plumbing" sign, I took some grief from some realtors, one of whom said "there is no room for humor in real estate." I'm glad to prove them wrong.
