I guess because they are European. Probably in our genes. Sorry about that! My staff turnover the firs few years here in Canada was a bit high....But after 10 years I learned to adapt well !

When I lived in London, all the UK women swooned over that guy. They thought he was the most handsome guy in the world. But then UK women...

I met him once in Ireland. He was the guest at one of our management meetings. Really a nice guy with a lot of passion for his work. I respect that.

He's an actor that puts on a show for ratings and $, like Harry Reid and John Boehner. The difference is he's good at what he does, and cares about what he does.

The early UK ones are much much better. The two shows are probably good mirrors for our respective countries.
