Okay not a great news source but why is this woman free? If any of use here did just 2% of the crap she does we would all be UNDER the jail. One day she is going to kill someone, and it will be the fault of the court and people that let her remain a free range, disrespectful, law unabiding citizen. She should be rotting in a jail somewhere

When our justice system doles out preferential treatment to a select few, when they get a free pass no matter how egregious their actions and the rest of us face the opposite end of that double-standard, it should concern all of us and it most definitely is front page news.

maybe the first time i seen lindsay..stopped me cold. was this photo.
i thought she looked like a young ann margaret. i think she is hot..more so back then. she mess up a potentially great career.

I hate to break it to you guys, but there are a lot of habitual offenders out on the roads... people with many DUIs, accidents, no insurance tickets, etc on their record. Anybody with a lawyer can get off with just a slap on the wrist for just about any traffic offense short of vehicular manslaughter. Celebrities probably have it slightly tougher since those attention whore judges like to "make an example" out of the rich and famous.
She looks pretty rough in that photo though... maybe she needs some Rick V makeup tips!
