Update iPhone 4S to iOS6?

No problems on my 4S.

The panoramic photo function is great. Its an option in IOS "Camera".

Yea just don't expect a jailbreak for a while. There are workarounds if all you want to do is run a third-party carrier and not be shackled to the likes of AT&T or Sprint or Verizon. I run StraightTalk on my 4S and it works great (yes you can - factory unlock + APN settings w/SimpleMobile SIM before swapping).

The 4S rocks. Best bang for the buck IMHO. I've played with the iPhone 5 and am underwhelmed for the cost - particularly the monthly charge.

6.01 has been out. 6.1 is still in beta.

6.0.1 is working great on my 4S and iPad 3. No issues whatsoever.
