FS: 1963 Jaguar MK10

Jaguar MK10 1963 Complete and Running

Not for everyone but what car. Great solid car. Needs cosmetics. Runs very nice. I lost my storage and hate to keep it outside.

If you have her around at the beginning of January, there is a very good probability that I'll buy it. Can't deal with any of that stuff until my biz busy season is over though

That is so cool. Seems reasonable for a car with solid mechanicals and little rot.

Heck of a car. Every factory screw is still on the car. Bought my wife a classic MB so something has to go.

If you did not have people like OWP then these cars would be sitting in a junkyard. Good on you. I love looking at these era of cars.

BTW, if someone buys this car, please contact me. I have a couple of friends who can walk you through how to refinish the wood so that it looks like new.

You take a piece of sandpaper (like many do) to it and its gone forever...

I've always liked the Mark II from Inspector Morse.

Not that I need this information, but please tell us how.

Nice car! I am light years away for being able to own/maintain/restore something like that.

Something about the old 60's Jag's and MB's is just so "right".

A little work with connolly hide food, tooth brushes and soft clothes and the interior will take on a great patina. This was my '66 MK2 3.8 that I sold a couple of years ago. Not a bad car and could certainly keep up with modern traffic but that ironically namded starter carburetor always made starting a hit or miss affair.

Weird, but in high school, besides drooling over Pcars, lambos and ferraris, I really had a soft spot for these older saloon type Jags...
