At this point we have not gone inside the pump as we can't get a new shaft.

I forwarded the info to my pump supplier guy, we'll see what he can do.
I still believe that damage is lubrication related.

I have blown this photo up as large as I can and I still can't read the stamped #s on the tag. I need a picture that's taken at a slight angle to eliminate the glare. I f I can get a better Picture therefore a good read on the stamped #s I think I can help.
