Crazy... In The Deep South that was called 'Ham Boning' but was usually done solo on ones own body. There was an employee at my Dads country club...big tall Black dude...who was very good at it and his nick name was Ham Bone... Never did see a white guy do it
I think that one tall guy was Chris Meloni from Law and Order ?
