When I was in Pakistan, as I'd head home, I would swing into the Karachi US Consulate club. I don't think the Hilton served so, it was the only game in town. Flights left around 3AM, so the choice was check in at the Hilton or drink at the club.

One time a couple of US Navy ships were in port on some goodwill tour. They had only recently started allowing women to serve on combat ships. Well, they let the crew come ashore for a part on the consulate grounds, including free beer. Some grisly old chief got stinking and passed out.

Someone convinced one of the young ladies to donate a bottle of nail polish. They did the chief's fingers and toes. When it was time to go, they woke this guy up and he was trashed. Unsteady, pissed off and trying desperately to pick the nail polish off...

Sang this one over and over in 4th grade during a 3 night stay on the CA Thayer which used to be in Fishermans Wharf San Francisco bay. Among other somewhat inappropriate songs for fourth graders as well as tasks performed during the day that would require lawyers, helmets, and fun police to make it "safe" nowadays.

Lube, there is a bakery next door to me in a three story house. World is small.
