It's all in your....
Well my fil is in an old folks home and is 97 yo. He tends to be a whiner and complainer. He tells the doctor my stomach hurts and I don't feel well. The doctor says that it is all in your head. I can just picture the doc going to each senior resident in the complex and responds to the complaints it is all in your head.
As a doc or medic prof how would you handle these complaints? |

Step 1- Place stethoscope on chest, listen carefully.
Step 2- Raise eyebrow, say "Hmmmmmm......" Step 3- Leave room. Step 4- Come back with two Tic-Tacs and a glass of water. Step 5- "Take these. That will take care of it!" Repeat as neccessary. |
