Difficulties in changing hotmail password.

Hello.
I need to change my hotmail pass word as I think my mail has been heisted by my ex.
These are emails to and from my Son and I.
Could you help me please.

You don't say exactly what the issue is, can't get to mail/send/receive, why do you think it's been hijacked?

Maybe it has something to do with this?

Dial up hotmail.com. if that is your provider. Put in your handle(eg. email address|) but not password. It then says underneath can't access your account and go from there. Follow the instructions..
