LED flexible Light Curtain Display

Pretty cool technology, a flexible LED light curtain TV/Computer display.

Get the price down and resolution way up, and this is your whole Living Room wall as a TV.

Cool.... But shame it's Chinese and the video quality will go to hell in a year...

My company makes a 4mm led display, it won't fold, but the video quality will hold up for more than a year and its made in the US.

Oh, and it does look like a big ass TV.

The guy who made the video has no idea how to promote a product.

Maybe the low res is the reason for the sh**ty angle shots and lousy definition.

It will be a long long time before LEDs are being used for household televisions. Right now all of this is long view stuff. From 20-30' away a 4mm looks insanely good and it can be built out to extremely large sizes. Say 40'x80' and larger. That is the benefit of LED, and them having the ability to overcome lighting shining on their face where an LCD or plasma would have glare or be washed out completly.

I'm living in Reno this summer and selling LED displays... About the farthest thing possible from getting any diving done...

Dude... Its a chinese company. Most of their advertising is worse than this. I get several emails a month forwarded to me that make this look extremely professional. The LED industry is flooded with this crap that costs a 1/4 to 1/2 as much as my companies product but is not built near as well and doesn't last long. People buy the chinese crap because its cheap, and then complain that LED displays suck...
