Ouch.

I hope you are OK.

It looks like your bra was not quite enough protection.

My 10 year old daughter was rattled, but nobody was hurt. The bra was to hide stone chips from PO.

Oh man, sorry to hear - I hope you're okay and the car can be fixed. Where did this happen? Your sig says you're in Nashua which isn't too far away from where I live. I can't stand the idiot drivers in this part of the country - they're either boorish, testosterone-laden maniacs with aggression issues or overly-timid, oblivious bluehairs that drive 10 mph under the speed limit everywhere. Makes for a real fun mix (not that dissimilar from Florida years ago when I used to live there, which is by far the most crazy/insane/dangerous place to drive I've ever encountered). Was it just some oblivious doofus not paying attention or some fool trying to jump the light or what?

Again, hope you're okay.

I have to add.... it wasn't really an intersection, just a side street, meeting up to the main road. I was doing 40-ish mph on the main road, when he came out of now-where doing, like 30mph!!! Never had a moment to go for the brakes. On a good note, if there can be one, the guy was admitting to his fault and easy to deal with. I guess my daughter yelling, "don't beat him up, dad!!!" might have helped. Thanks for you kind words, it could have been much worse. It happened on Route 3A, Litchfield NH.

That was the only funny thing in this thread!
Glad that you and your daughter are ok.

Edit, the bra comment was pretty funny too...

He probably lives there and does that all the time. Human stupidity knows no boundaries.

Major bummer about the car, glad you're ok. Could have been a lot worse. How is the gap between that crumpled fender and the driver's door? How about the rear of the door? Does it still open and close fine?

That sucks. Glad everyone walked away.
Look at the brightside, all of those stone chips will be removed.

My condolences, such a pretty 993. They are getting harder to come by these days. I hope the value can be preserved and it can be restored.

Ditto.

I think that one can be fixed. In fact, from where I sit, I'd buy a car knowing that was the extent of the damage. But, I speak of the visual. There's always the possibility that the tub is tweaked. The best shop around here would automatically pull the front suspension and put that car on a Celette.

I would demand that if it were mine. Best of luck.
