I love my MKII, I have had it for years and if I can see it I can hit it. That is one of those "cold dead hands" type of guns

Good eye and right you are! I was in a hurry and googled an image of a 22/45 and that is what came up. I should have noticed right off it didn't have a synthetic frame! Here is the real deal!

call me when you take it apart to help you get it back together again. I must have one a week come into the shop apart. Also you may want to put a trigger kit in it. Nice gun. Good choice.

If you are target shooting you may wish to consider some grips like these. They are on a Browning .22
